Uttam is the Founder Director and COO of Netwin. He looks after Client Consulting, Delivery and overall management in Netwin. Uttam has over 20 years of business consulting, integration and delivery experience in a variety of industries including health care, government, financial services, and manufacturing. In addition, Uttam has operational experience in designing, implementing and managing customer-centric support centers.
Uttam holds a B.E. (Telecom) degree from College of Engineering, Pune (1990), and has completed substantial post graduate credits towards a management programme of the University of Pune.

Chandrakant is the Founder Director and Chief Technical Strategist of Netwin. He is responsible for all the technical initiatives of the company. He has over 20 years experience in IT field. Prior to Netwin he was involved in various projects of Philips India. He has established the company from ground up and has built teams that have delivered high quality applications to customers. He has wide-ranging experience in hiring, training, allocating, managing and mentoring IT professionals. He has been extensively involved in preparation of strategic and business plans.
